When we receive an application we review it to find out the desired location and length of day. If we have an opening at that time we will send an acceptance letter with an Enrollment Agreement. You will have about 10 days to return the Agreement with the $500 deposit to secure the placement. The Enrollment Agreement is for the school year and you are agreeing to pay tuition for the full year. If for any reason you have an unexpected change in your plans or you have a mid-year move we will make every effort to fill the space. We are able to release you from the Agreement only when we fill the space.
During the Fall we welcome prospective parents to visit starting in early October. We start accepting applications for the following school year at this time. Any applications that we get in the Fall are held until January when we re-enroll our current families and find out about openings. The new applications are responded to in mid January.
